Nola independent
bottling co.
Way back in 2018, we teamed up with The Exchange as part of their whisky program, sourcing and recoopering ex Seppeltsfield port barrels. Over the past few years, we have been ageing spirits from various distilleries in these seasoned barrels, behind our back bar and in the subterranean cellars of The Stag Public House. Now… after years of patience, we’re ready to release them to the world.
The Makers Series
To bring our limited whisky range alive, we have teamed up with four incredibly talented local artists in South Australia. We love that each artist or maker showcases their own unique style, while drawing on our New Orleans inspiration behind NOLA Adelaide.
