The Whisk(e)y
We chose LD2542 because it really spoke to us and our customers, all our staff and a lot of our regulars love big flavour in their drams and this one certainly has it. We felt there is a lot to talk about this whisky, the fact that it’s 120% peated alone is enough to get a conversation started. We know our staff will love it and be keen to share it proudly.
The Serve
At NOLA we’ll be serving this drop in a Vinoteque spirit tasting glass (our favourite for analysing whiskies), as it’s 55%abv we’ll be serving a little room temp water on the side, with a dropper for dilution if required. At home we’ll be drinking it from fine cut crystal tumblers with a tiny splash of water.
