Meet the NOLA x Lark Single Malt, 120% Peated Bourbon Cask, Tasmanian peated malt shines with lemon, marmalade and fresh pear on the nose, whilst smoked honey and citrus evolve into vanilla, marzipan and buttery peat on the palate. Serving up a long and zesty single malt experience.
Since opening in 2015, Adelaide’s NOLA has grown a 400-strong whisky collection with a penchant for tipples that start a conversation. Leaning into their New Orleans namesake, they’ve got a big love for big flavour in their bottles and their chosen cask certainly fits the bill.
